Terms of Use
| 1. | An extra HKD100 will be charged for pickup service in Hong Kong Island |
| 2. | A waiting charge of HKD100/hr will be applied if the waiting time is over 45 mins of the official landing time |
| 3. | Free 3 hours waiting time will be provided for round trip customer. An extra HKD50 for additional pick up/drop down point. |
| 4. | An extra charge 20% will be complied for the appointment in between 2230 to 700am |
| 5. | A waiting charge will be applied on an hourly basis in situations when customer encounters passport problems at Immigration for more than 30 minutes. |
| 6. | If any delay or failure because of incorrect information from customer, customer needs to pay the full amount. |
| 7. | Customer will be charged for full payment for no-show at the specified time and location or cancel the service less than 24 hours before the appointment time. |
| 8. | We are not liable for any losses due to weather, traffic congestion, customer-related problems etc. |
| 9. | The maximum claim of language loss is HKD100 |
| 10. | In the special situation, customer needs to bring along with their luggage and pass the border. |
Payment

Remark:
After booking confirmation, our company will provide the bank details via email or sms to customers and payment should be settled within 24 hours. If there is any delay on payment arrangement, we have the right to cancel the booking and not liable for any loss for the cancellation.
